I always have a wonderful experience every time I shop in this store. Everyone that works there is so nice. It's not often you find the same team at the same store for 10 years in retail. It makes it feel like home!

The sales assistants were very personable and helpful with the return of an online order (wrong size). Also I found a pretty top and spring/summer sweater in place of what I had ordered online. So thank you very much; it was a very worthwhile trip to the local J. Jill store.
